“We each have a unique purpose to fulfill here on Earth. Identifying, acknowledging and honoring this purpose is perhaps the most important action successful people take.”
Jack Canfield

For many years I didn’t know what I wanted to be in life. Everybody would ask me what do you want to be when you grow up and I wasn’t sure. Some of my friends knew they wanted to be Doctors, Architects, Entrepreneurs, but not me.

When I was a kid, I thought I was going to be a teacher. I liked my teachers, I liked checking homework and I thought it was a cool job to share your knowledge with others and help them expand and grow in life. But when I finished High School I was going thru a tough phase in my life and was uncertain about which way to go. So I took a few different classes, I studied several languages and started working in corporate while going to university at the same time.

Then I moved to the US, still working in corporate, had my 3 kids and took a break from corporate to focus on the family.
When my 3 kids where in school I decided to go back to a formal work, not only the house work and raising a family. That itself is a full-time job and I honor those moms that dedicate so many years of their lives taking care of their families and carrying with all the responsibility.

But I wanted to go out to the world and do something I would feel proud of, something that would serve and help others. So I decided to embrace my culinary talents and attend culinary school. I already had the knowledge but I wanted the formal training to help me get a good job in the food industry.
I completed my training at Le Cordon Blue and worked in professional kitchens for a few years. It was very fulfilling and I enjoyed it very much.

However, schedules were tough and the hours were long, so I left the hotel industry and starting teaching classes. And I found my passion again. That is what I always wanted, that was my little girl’s dream and I, without realizing, became the teacher I was meant to be.
Many years have passed, many things have changed in the world and in my own life but I am still teaching people about food, healthy eating and the impact that food has in our lives.

I have a purpose and is to help people heal their bodies thru the food they eat and when you have a purpose the universe provides the ways for you to fulfill it.

Things are not always easy, but I am happy I’ve found the right people to help me on my journey. I am committed to my mission and I’m grateful I listened to my inner voice and let it guide the way.

And when you are connected with your purpose, everything aligns and the universe provides.
