What drives me? Why is this Different?
I was living a fast paced life, checking all the boxes, doing my best to make everybody happy but I felt there was some things that I was falling short.
Food was one of them, I always fed my family what I thought was the right kind of food and I was doing a pretty decent job, they were all surviving after all.
Then one day I realized how bad processed foods are for us and how they were making people sick.
So I decided to learn all about the good properties of whole foods and the impact they have in our bodies and health overall. And it had a great positive impact in my life as well as my family.
That is why I firmly believe that, by teaching You the importance of feeding Your body the right food plus giving You tools and practical cooking techniques You will be able to create healthy and tasty meals, get rid of unhealthy eating habits and adapt a different way of eating.
